LEAD Student’s Advisory Council (LSAC)

Spring 2019

As the Secretary on the LEAD Students Association board in the LEAD Scholars Academy at UCF, I created the LEAD Students Advisory Council (LSAC). This council comprised of students who were passionate about leadership, mentorship, and were looking for a way to be involved in the LEAD Scholars Academy. Through this council, members mentor their classes, collect feedback about the program, increase involvement rates, form a connection between the executive boards & the students, and grow as leaders. This council is now an official part of the Secretary’s responsibilities.
